NON EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
items can be reported to our office one of two ways. You can call our office at 701.795.3459 or 701.280.5098 during normal business hours, 8:00-5:00 M-F, or you can complete the maintenance request form below. After a non emergency maintenance concern is reported to our office we will prioritize it and dispatch one of our maintenance technicians as soon as one becomes available. Please remember work loads, weather conditions and time of year will all affect our response time to a maintenance call. We will make every effort to address your concerns in a reasonable amount of time.
EMERGENCY REPAIRS
need to be called into our office at 800.360.2954. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff will dispatch a maintenance technician as soon as one becomes available to assist you. Items that are emergency in nature might include: a no heat call at temperatures below 35 degrees, major water leaks, fire, broken down doors, etc. After normal business hours please allow additional rings as the phone is answered by our service.
Lockouts are not emergency maintenance items and we will not dispatch personnel to unlock your door. Please utilize a certified locksmith. You will be responsible for the bill.
